Acura TLX Interior & Trim Levels

Ms. April Jackson was excellent throughout our experience at Group 1 Acura Sugar Land. We actually came to the dealership with no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. The plan was simply to browse and look at our options. However, our experience with Ms. April ultimately convinced us to move forward with a purchase. She was incredibly kind, sincere, patient, and professional, and we never felt pressured or rushed. Her genuine approach made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. I would return to this dealership in the future specifically because of Ms. April, and I would gladly work with her again. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my experience with the finance department. During the final paperwork, we were asked to complete the transaction using a touchscreen that was lagging and becoming frustrating to use. My daughter asked Diane/Diana in finance why there was not an option to use paper or DocuSign, as we have done at other dealerships. Her response was a sarcastic, “Because technology has advanced,” which she proceeded to repeat three times. The tone and response were unnecessary, condescending, and disrespectful. A simple explanation would have been sufficient. We have purchased vehicles from many dealerships over the years, and I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a finance department. If I were judging Acura Sugar Land solely based on this interaction, I would not return or recommend this dealership to others. Thankfully, Ms. April’s professionalism, sincerity, and kindness made a significant difference in our overall experience. The fact that we walked in only intending to browse and ultimately purchased a vehicle speaks to the quality of service she provided. She is truly an asset to this dealership and the reason I would consider returning in the future. If I do return, I would only want to work with Ms. April again.
