This is where I bought my car and it’s where I take my care for any maintenance or repairs. The people working here are great. Special shoutout to Christina Rodriguez for all her help! People like her keep me coming back to this dealership.
It was easy to make an appointment with my service provider, Sarp. I dropped my car off and the dealership paid for my uber ride back home. My car was ready the same day. I always have great service and will be a repeat customer.
So happy with my service my adviser was very knowledgeable, attentive and kind hearted. I felt like family the attention I received when i arrived and servicing my car got was excellent. complimentary car wash and vacuum amazing. The waiting area could be a little more kid friendly, no cartoons for my daughter. Not enough variety snacks for waiting customers. All in all would give you a A-keep up the good work.
Prompt, courteous, efficient service is all we’ve ever received from Group 1 Acura in Sugar Land. Our scheduled oil change was no exception. Kevin had us in immediately, and when it was determined our front struts needed replacing, a loaner car was ready in minutes. Our MDX was ready the next day.

Do not buy a vehicle from this lot online and have it shipped they are very dishonest especially April. I’m a firm believer in karma I just wish I could be around when it bites her in the xxx. Cortez, the dealer representative, who assisted me, was 10 out of 10. Professional, humorous and most of all, he put my needs/wants first.
Everyone was very courteous and friendly. Everything was explained to me about my car as they learned what the problems were and I was given a loaner. I will definitely continue tp to them for my car’s maintenance. I trust them.
Courteous staff. Only doing needed service. Faster service than other dealers. Only negative is no water in waiting room cooler.
Christina is one of the best service agents. She is attentive great with her communication and so responsive. This is my 4th time going there and Christina was my person for the last 3. She is my agent!

I have been a customer of Sterling McCall Acura Sugar Land since 2017. Service is always excellent. As of the past year, my service adviser Christina Rodriguez has been absolutely amazing. Christina goes above and beyond and I am so appreciative of the care she extends to me each visit.
All my questions were addressed and Sarp has been top of the issue so had with the car since the car is more than 14 years old.

The dealership is good in general. I've had very good service in the past with my Acura of 13 years. However, during the last couple years the service has changed. Is no longer as excellent and personalized as it used to be. The pricing continues to be premium, though the service is merely functional.

He was incredibly enthusiastic and provided detailed guidance regarding the services; he even helped me schedule an appointment to address a recall issue. I will definitely be returning here. Nice location. Went in for EV service. Asked them not to wash my car. They did anyway. And when I got my car back the radio station was on a different channel. My rear view mirrors were all at different angles! Why were those things changed if the service was for tire rotation and battery health…?
We went in and had a fast, smooth transaction. We got exactly what we wanted without all the back-and-forth you usually experience at other dealerships. Our salesman was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
