Sterling McCall Acura in Sugar Land, TX, has been my go-to car dealership since it opened. The service is excellent no matter if it is for regular servicing or state required emission inspection. The staff is always extremely courteous and attentive and the shop always gives your a good car wash as part of the service. I’m a customer for life or as long as I still own the Acura MDX.
She made the process smooth and very knowledgable about the product. I was approved and couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out. I really appreciate the communication, professionalism, and effort she put into helping me after being denied somewhere else. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about getting you taken care of, I definitely recommend working with April and the team at Group 1 Acura Sugar Land!

It was easy to make an appointment with my service provider, Sarp. I dropped my car off and the dealership paid for my uber ride back home. My car was ready the same day. I always have great service and will be a repeat customer.

Prompt, courteous, efficient service is all we’ve ever received from Group 1 Acura in Sugar Land. Our scheduled oil change was no exception. Kevin had us in immediately, and when it was determined our front struts needed replacing, a loaner car was ready in minutes. Our MDX was ready the next day.

Cortez, the dealer representative, who assisted me, was 10 out of 10. Professional, humorous and most of all, he put my needs/wants first.
Everyone was very courteous and friendly. Everything was explained to me about my car as they learned what the problems were and I was given a loaner. I will definitely continue tp to them for my car’s maintenance. I trust them.

The dealership is good in general. I've had very good service in the past with my Acura of 13 years. However, during the last couple years the service has changed. Is no longer as excellent and personalized as it used to be. The pricing continues to be premium, though the service is merely functional.
